  I like many, I had a misconception on what being fit meant. I was always into athletics and thought the traditional way of training was the path to staying "fit", "in shape" and out of pain, but when i hit my 30's and that training only caused me more pain and imbalances, I searched out a solution. I found functional patterns. Well functional patterns is what it sounds like, a way to reprogram a functional pattern into your body based on the biology of our human bodies. Should you be in pain as you get older, with postural dysfunctions taking over as you age? Well learning and training at functional patterns you realize that this is not true. If want to live a sustainable life as you age, become fit as the body was meant to function, check out functional patterns with an open mind, and your body will follow. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  I had been dealing with debilitating anxiety and depression. I had tried so many different avenues to help me deal with the stresses of life. I tried calisthenics, different diets, breathing methods, leaving a stressful company I created, changing cities, changing jobs. Everything felt like temporary relief and then the anxiety of life kept overwhelming me. I found Functional Patterns through the Internet, started applying some of the hundreds of free videos on YouTube, Power of Posture and started to see my life change and my ability to deal with stress improve. I decided my health and sanity was important enough to move to Seattle to come to the headquarters. Doing it on my own was beneficial but training with Josh Harris and the rest of the team has been the missing link in solidifying these changes. I'm feeling younger, more athletic and most of all I am no longer constantly red lining on my stress. I can enjoy life again. The people at Functional Patterns who've devoted their lives to giving people the tools they need and helping them deal with their problems instead of running from them have saved my life. Helped me save my own life. If you're dealing with any type of stress in your life, the first place I would recommend is Functional Patterns to get at the root of your issues. You'll see why when you feel it. Feeling is understanding.

  Functional Patterns is a game changer! I had an awesome experience that helped to totally transform my body and my mind. Since attending a course at the Seattle headquarters, I've been moving pain free, and it feels as though my joints have been upgraded! This is coming from someone with zero intrinsic athletic ability. Movement is becoming more and more effortless by the day! The trainers will help you to understand how your body works and are able to explain the purposes behind each movement. They help you to "train intentionally and not habitually!"

  This facility and its owners produced so many science and reached so many people globally that can be easily considered a global network server... 5 stars from the distant Greece!

  As a health professional, functional patterns is a breath of fresh air in the health and fitness industry. The training I received from Naudi and his team has helped me become a better Physio, boss and mentor to other Physio. I look forward to continuing my training with them. I highly recommend.
