  Nothing beats the professionalism of each of the trainers. Jay - is the best!! (My personal opinion - of course - but they are all great). He is skilled at tweaking a plan that gives you the results you want - to reach the goals you set. Highly motivating and makes it his endeavor to get you were you want to be. I consider Jay - "my body sculpter" without the knife. Jay s motto - "Whatever it takes to get you there" and a huge grin. Easy to get along with, fun to be with - yet tough. You know you have been worked out after you see Jay. He pushes the limits to just beyond what you thought you could do. He has full confidence and years of experience to get you there. Each week I achieve something more. Fantastic. If you want results for your hard efforts to reach your goals (whatever they may be) - Foundation Fitness is the way to go. You get what you pay for and much more. I can not say enough great things about the trainers and the owner, Nate, who set me up with the right trainer.

  I work out with Karen at Foundation Fitness, she is a great motivator and trainer. They are very accomodating with pricing options, they allowed me to put a down payment and then finished it off with a payment plan. I also had the chance to work out with Jay and Melvin, they were also very knowledgable. All the trainers are great at what they do. Since I have been working out with them, I look forward to going to the gym!
