I originally went through this company because a friend worked there, and the rates were not terrible. As time went on, as things tend to do, the cost kept increasing. When I asked about another policy that could be less, after a brief search, I was told no. This last week I looked around again, but not with this agency, and found another company that is less. When I called this agency to cancel my policy, I will admit I have had a bad week and I may have been more curt than intended, but after I advised that I wanted to cancel and that if I could locate a phone number to call for the particular companies I was insured with instead of having them fuss over it, the response was "Well that wasn't nice." Well, empathy goes a long way, but hateful responses from customer service representatives goes further.

Top Notch! In a world where every insurance company consistently claims that everyone can save hundreds of dollars by switching from anyone to anyone else, it seems their game is to bring you in low and jack you up until you squeal. and ifg you have lots of policies, squealing is a hassle. Cade Hanson and his team offer a calm, fact based alternative. I am not one who looks for hand-holding service and I do most of my business online. But I have very complex insurance needs and Cade's knowledge and attention to detail has convinced me that a personal independent agent (a good one!) is priceless. I have all my insurance with him and the one claim I had was handled like magic (take that Amica) with a minimal impact to my next renewal price which quickly dissipated (take that Liberty). Cade and his team know this business better than anyone "outside" can hope to and he keeps up with trends, laws and changes. We don't talk often; the system runs itself. but when I need something, it's like calling family. SMART family. If you are looking for insurance in the FW area, you owe it to yourself to give these folks a chance. You will forevermore mute the commercials and get a beverage.
