  After a transition in agents we didn't know what to expect. However, after getting to know the staff my dad and I were and have been very pleased with Lezeth's customer service, (ft. worth), and her efforts to help us with each and every concern that comes up. Kudos to Lezeth for making everything that much easier for my dad that only speaks Spanish as well. :) Keep up the good work Allstate!
