  I have never in my life seen so much of people not in order. Need to be more in order need to be on top of things. Needs better testing for drugs and alcohol. But only thing I can say is the people are nice that works there. I believe every office needs to have there own numbers. I believe there should not be favoritism on cases that need to be taken care of right. By Florida laws I believe there should be a office in all counties.

  I have been trying to get the amount correct for over a year for my son,as I am in the legal field. Figured it could not be that hard. The attorney tried to get it corrected. What a joke. They told him they would get it corrected. What a joke. It has been 16 months still not corrected. Why are people in management and can not do their JOB. In the private sector they would lose their job but in Government. That is why we have a pitiful broken child enforcement system. Who can you call for help. It is sickening how our legal system works. You have to have money to get anything done.There is no pro se' that get justice. It is so sad without money nothing is fair.What happened to our rights?

  The florida child support system in florida is broken. And the court systems fl statue laws are not enforced or even understood by the department of revenue. Families livelihoods are at stake and the system will just take, even if the court orders say otherwise. Ive been stuck in this system for 13 years and i can say the people working in these offices are uneducated. They cannot read and or follow court orders. Whats the purpose of a court order if no one can follow it? It makes me sick that they allow case workers to have powers to suspend your licenses, intercept taxes, withdrawl from your checks. Even when a support order says it stops when a child is emancipated. They should all be fired by Donald Trump!!! Dept of revenue, your fired in the eyes of God!!!

  I can't for the life of me understand why it's almost three years later and my case hasn't been established on my husband. I'm sure if I was getting cash assistance I would've been to court by now. The people they have working in this office are unprofessional and lack personable skills in communicating with the public. Tighten up DOR, please remember, it's because of the public that your employed.

  If I could give less then I would. They make so many mistakes and we as the parents are the one to pay for it. U can go to the website update ur address but yet I was told that the reason they sent out some important papers I never received to the old address...even after I called in and updated it. Plus They put my money on a prepaid card by the name of SmiOne. They where charging my card which looks like every 2 hours. They took over $40 by kept charging me .50 cent in a couple days. So basically it's like they are teamed up to still ur child support. I have never been threw this. The old card company we use to have never did this, I had the same exact merchants CHARGING MY CARD FOR YEARS AND I NEVER HAD CHARGES LIKE THIS. UNTIL THEY LINKED UP WITH SMIONE PREPAID CARD. JUST LIKE WHIT COLLARED CRIMINALS. FORGET TALKING TO A REPRESENTATIVE THEY ARE JIST AS RUDE AND NASTY.
