  August 13, 2013 Family Housing Jacksonville 134 Church Street Jacksonville FL 32202 Attn: Alma Ballard, Executive Director I would like to compliment the staff here at San Jose Manor Seniors Residence, for prompt and courteous service. This morning, I reported to the office my air conditioner was not doing a good job cooling my apartment. A maintenance man was here by 10 AM, and then Mrs. Nash came to my apartment in the early afternoon and after consulting with the maintenance man, she decided to have the old unit replaced. By 3:30 PM the unit had been replaced and the cool air is flowing. I appreciate the promptness of the service, which is really the standard for San Jose Manor! Don White 3630 Galicia Road
