  The best place in Dumbo 4 relax, people are very friendly and so profesional, i definity come back soon.

  Gel quality is SO bad. Comes off after 5 days each time. When i told the manager about it, she told me to try somewhere else, which I definitely will but warning all others out there too, don’t waste your money

  My friend and I went here To get manicures and pedicures, and while my manicure looks good, I am very disappointed with their staff and the way they tried to nickel and dime my friend and I. They quoted me for $35 over the phone for a gel manicure, that’s a little bit more than I’m used to spending but I figured it’s probably because it’s in Dumbo. We both tried to use the 20% off for checking in on yelp and for some reason that was not made clear to us, that made our services cost more. My manicure ended up being about the same price even with the 20% off and then they charged me 5% to use a credit card to pay and then they kept pushing us to give a 20% tip after they had been rude to us about the price, and that left a really bad impression. I would not go back to this place. Also there discounts are a lie. This is not a good way to build a customer base.

  Nothing but great experiences! I've tried a lot of other places but will keep coming here because they are so friendly and I feel like they go out of their way to take care of their customers. It's so good to find a reliable spot where you don't have to worry about who you get. Everyone is amazing!
