  In just 6 weeks coach Austin motivated me to really challenge my self and I lost 21.2 lbs for my wedding. I had my lows, days with no energy, weeks I gained, times I didn't follow the meal plan but he always made him self available to talk it though. Coaching me through every challenge and adapting his plan to what my body needed like a true pro. All I had to do was listen and his system worked! The work outs will kick your butt no matter your fitness level. However all I had to do was speak up and ask for help and I received customized modifications and pushed to move at MY place and no one eleses. These may be group classes but I truly feel like I get 1 on 1 personal training every time I step in F.A.C.T.
