::First Bank needs to address the issue of no parking in the evening to do my banking at the ATM on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd due to the fact that the patrons of Vasa Fitness are taking ALL of First Bank's parking spaces also! RUDE!!

::I've been stopping by this bank at least 4 days a week for ages now. First at their previous Broadmoor Bluffs location, now at the new location. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. If there's a line, the majority of the time someone at a desk will take a quick break from what they're doing and take the deposit so I don't have to wait.

::Im sorry to do this but I work at a restaurant and therefore have to take a cash deposit to the bank everyday. I used to go to the 1st bank in the downtown center (those guys are awesome) and the only reason I stopped going to that one was for the construction that has been going on at that location for a while. This caused me to start using the Broadmoor bluffs location. honestly I hate how long some of their employees take. I run a busy restaurant and therefore my bank runs need to be easy and quick. I literally spent almost 20 minutes waiting for the cashier to triple count my 3 cash deposits (all of which were well under $1000); then she kept dropping the cash on the floor behind the counter and every time she dropped a nickel or dollar she recounted the whole deposit. also the customer service at the downtown location is phenomenal!!! Those ladies are awesome knew me by name within 2 weeks of going there everyday. I have been going to the Broadmoor bluffs location for almost 3 months now and only 1 cashier (Bryan who is amazing by the way) knows me by name.
