  Best bank anywhere! You can park on cascade for less than $.50, or in the parking garage for free with validation. Usually a little busy, but they'll almost always get you out of there in less than 10 minutes ($.25 for parking) All the employees have always had such a great demeanor and sometimes I visit several times a week.

  Wish this bank was everywhere, by far the best I've ever banked with. Moved to a place that doesn't have it and none that come close. Still using as long as possible. They have always been friendly, accommodating and quick customer service. Keep it up!!!

  Great bank with great customer service. The tellers are very nice and helpful. They also validate parking!

  This morning I was informed by my office that when reporting a fraudulent charge on our account, the response was essentially “so what” and no steps could be taken to resolve this. My company ran well over a million dollars through your bank last year alone. I am highly concerned at this institutions total lack of concern with the security of my account and reports of fraudulent charges. Is this really how this place handles the security of our funds? If you wish to retain me as a customer, I expect far better service. Assuming today will be handled the same as every other concern I have had in the 2 years my account has been opened, meaning I will be blown off, I will begin to migrate my banking else ware ASAP. What good is a bank if my funds are not safe?
