::From past service with Firestone I know they are customer friendly. They are reliable. Vehicles for service was not stacked up.They repair service flows on a timely schedule. Lighting was bright and suffient. Customer bathrroms individualized separately for males and females are clean and well lihted throughout the shop. A customer service area is provided with bottle water, coffee and snacks for a minimum price.

::From customer care to actual shop, worst customer service anywhere. Shop doesn't care to meet time commitments customer care doesn't follow up with complaints so its no surprise shops are ran with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Gi to Jiffy Lube, you will see great service on display there.

::At first I was pretty pleased with the service. They fixed my boyfriend's car in a timely manner and it still runs well. The price was pretty comparable. So I brought my car in. They did a major (to me $400+ is major) repair and then gave me info on more repairs that needed to be done. One was the Lower, Rear control arm bushings needing to be replaced. The price was high so I though I would get a second opinion. I'm glad I did because the bushings are fine, nothing wrong with them. The problem was a control arm was bent, BENT!! The mechanic I took it to, took the time to SHOW ME the bushings and the control arm. Truly obvious to anyone. The mechanic at Firestone didn't even realign the vehicle after doing the original repair which needed to be done! I broke down on the freeway!!! They also said my oil pan gasket was leaking and needed to be repaired, NOT!! I saw that one myself as well. My advice, make sure the mechanic SHOWS YOU what is wrong and what needs to be done, always ask for the replaced part and if you have major work that they say needs to be done, get a second opinion. The customer service part was friendly, sure, and my car was done earlier than they expected. The scare and expense the other stuff caused just isn't worth the trouble of going back to Firestone. Be smart, double check.

::Adam has exceptional customer service skills. He's professional, friendly and considerate of your time. This was my first time visiting a Firestone out of my resident state, but I felt like I was home because of the welcoming, warm environment. I would be happy to come here again for any future car needs while I'm in the area!

::Pretty average service, overall. Didn’t receive a call to let me know when the tires had arrived even though I was promised this simple courtesy. Had to reschedule and miss some work, only to have the second appointment for mounting the fresh tires take an hour and forty minutes when the shop was not busy. What good is an appointment? Won’t bother with this business again.
