  Rip off Alert ! I had brakes installed by Just Brakes and 13,000 miles later/12 months then were gone ! I am an experienced driver for 50 years, and never had brakes disappear like that before. The reason is Just Brakes installed substandard brake parts, and when you come in (as they know you will) to be covered under their "Premium Brake" warranty for no charge, as I did, they will develop a long laundry list of things wrong with your car, and in my case they gave me a bill totaling $3000.00 ! Just do yourself a favor and Just Don't go to Just brakes because they Just want to fleece you clean. And if you bother to call the corporate office in Dallas they will tell you "that's too bad", which indicates this is a Just Brakes Corporate wide issue not Just a local one. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and cash and Just Don't Brake for this unethical business, because they know no limitation's and will never give you any decent brake except to break your wallet. *Update * 3/20/2017 The brake cylinders that they changed are now leaking and contaminated my brake linings. ! This company is a sham ! Now it will cost me more money because it will be a cold day in hell before I ever went back to any "Just Fakes" locations anywhere !. There were four Just Brakes in Tucson, now one, then none soon. Think you will get help from Dallas where the home office is, well think again ! Steer Clear and go anyplace but Just Con Artists. I went to BBB where they are a member and BBB wanted to charge me $60 to arbitrate the complaint, where the corporate office Just Did a big cover up, blah blah blah. BEWARE - You have been fore warned. !

  I came in for a free brake diagnostic because I heard a air leak/hissing sound when I pressed hard on the brakes even with the car off. THE GOOD: -The employees were friendly and patient with me and my questions/concerns. -The maintenance cost was comparable to the national average cost according to a quick online search (for power booster replacement) -They gave me a small discount (legitimate discount) after understanding my financial pinch THE BAD: -The work time I was quoted as 2.5 hours. I naturally expected about 3 hrs because I generally over/under-estimate in favor for the opposite party. However it took 5 HOURS. -They do not use those little plastic seat covers when driving your vehicle, so I found oil smudged on the seat, dash, and of course steering wheel/shifter from the tech's hands.

  Best mechanic experience ever. Steven is so straight-forward and honest, and trusts the other mechanic wholeheartedly, and did everything in his power to get us on our way safely. After finding what was wrong with our ABS, he contacted absolutely everyone for a part, even driving out of his way (twice!) to get the part when the shops weren't delivering anymore. When it looked like there was something being affected by the dysfunctional ABS system (Toyota Camry), they worked after hours to get the car working properly, at no extra cost. And in the meantime, they had other customers that they were working for just as hard. Now, my brakes work better than ever before and I can't be happier with the service my husband and I received. :)

  Very friendly staff, and George the mechanic. I have NEVER actually been taken to the garage and SHOWN the part(s) that need repair, and spoken to with respect and had things explained to me so well! I was treated with respect and I appreciate that. I just came to get an estimate today, but I will be back to get my vehicle serviced here.

  One of the best experiences with the service I received. My car was not starting and wanted to use my insurance company's towing service as a last resort. I went and talked to the manager Frank who offered to help me by sending a mechanic to come and take a look (the nearby shops did not offer to send anyone and asked me to get it towed to their shop). The mechanic was really friendly (not able to recall his name), he figured my battery was dead and did not push me to buy new one. He jump started and I drove to their shop and got the battery replaced along with other minor repair. Friendly and quick service. Overall a good experience. I highly recommend it. PS: The previous reviews should be ignored because the manager at that time might have been the reason for unpleasant experience for many customers. Go check it out your self.
