  Samantha, was so helpful getting my remote fixed for my logs. They were able to hook it up and test it right there at the store. I would highly recommend this company to help you with any of your fireplace needs.

  I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to share my experiences about Fireplace concepts. We purchased our gas fireplace from Brent about three years ago when we finished our basement. From our initial interaction through present, my family could not be happier with the services we have received from FC. These are just a couple of examples of FC going beyond and excelling in customer service. When we purchased our fireplace Brent spend every bit of an hour with us just answering questions and providing information on the different units. Our fireplace came with a generic remote from the manufacture so Brent provided a new programmable remote at no extra charge. When his service team arrived to install and fill up the tanks, they discovered my contractor had not completely secured my gas lines and we had a leak inside the wall. Again, they fixed that at no extra charge and only billed us what was previously quoted for the tank installation and fill. Due to the lines not originally being secured, air got in the lines causing extra time to prime the system and getting it ignited. Again, his service team stayed longer than what was anticipated and never charged extra. Last winter I let both my tanks run dry because I didn't pay attention. Brent had his team out there within two days installing two full tanks. Finally, after a family gathering one of the children in my family locked-up our programmable remote (still don't know how she did that, could not duplicate) while I was out of town. My wife reached out to FC and they walked her through the instructions of getting it unlocked and usable again. I rarely, if ever, write reviews and have seldom gave 5 stars but this company truly deserves it.
