  Food was ok. Not getting what I paid for was not ok. Customer before me reported their order was incorrect as well. The staff coming out to argue with them about exact wording of their order instead of fixing the problem didn't help matters.

  I eat here while working in the area sometimes and have always been great service and food.

  Firehouse is decent with hot subs. If they did some of their sandwiches on a grill, they might be able to compete with Jersey Mike’s. Good sandwiches and good service.

  I've had food from this location about 15-20 times and they've never messed up my order and my food is always absolutely perfect. Chili is always warm and delicious - really good on cold days like today. In my opinion, you really get your moneys worth as far as the food is concerned. I've never had a sandwich that had a wimpy amount of meat on it or sucky vegetables. Best sandwich I've had in a very long time and put all of their competition to shame.

  I have been here once before and had to wait 15 minutes for 1 sandwich. I never had to wait this long at the other Firehouse sub in Arlington. Yesterday was even worst. I waited 26 minutes for 1 sub. My sandwich was mediocre. Staff was very unpleasant and the atmosphere was cold. Customers were looking miserable because of the long wait. Not one staff member apologize for the wait, all they did was called my name and I picked up my food. It felt like a cattle drive.
