  Still waiting. Ordered at 7:03 PM via the app...it’s 8:21 right now. Called their number, waited in the phone with their automated recording for 21 minutes. Hung up and called their sister branch off 287, they tell me they have no other phone numbers to reach them at. I offer to order through them, and they tell me they can’t deliver to another store’s area. Update: it’s 8:25 and they just arrived talking about “it’s too busy over there is why they can’t answer the phones”. Second time through this store. Time to swap out the manager maybe? 🤷🏽‍♂️

  Delivered cold pizza. Pizza left store at 6:02, actually deluvered at 6:45. Management was very hesistant to even address my issue by not coming to phone on my first request. Sadly, the delivery driver was the only employee with any customer service skills.

  I placed an order at 7:52 pm. According to the tracker my food was done by 8:07 and was double checked by Justine. At 8:46 I called about my order because the tracker had yet to change from perfection check to out for delivery. It had been 40 minutes since my food had been cooked. Justine told me my food was on the way. I asked when the driver left. She placed me on hold for a few minutes picked up the phone and hung up. I called back. Justine answered. I told her who I was again. She interrupted me multiple times while trying to give her my information that she asked for. Placed me on hold again and then informed me that my food was still at the store. It has now been a couple minutes shy of an hour since my food has been done. I informed Justine of this and she responded "It's not cold it's been sitting under the heaters". I am very unhappy with the customer service tonight. Dominos has always been my go to pizza place and tonight has just completely ruined it for me. Until they get better staff who can properly handle the customer service industry I don't think we will be spending our money there. Not happy at all.

  I’ve been a loyal customer for years but after tonight I’m done. I ordered a pizza at 6:15 PM for my family. At 7:50 it still hadn’t arrived so I called the store (Mansfield, TX) and was told they were “swamped” and had no idea when it would come. I asked if it was already made and they admitted that it was...apparently it had already been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour and the girl told me it could be another 40 minutes or more before someone actually delivered it. This means our two basic pizzas would have taken well over 2.5 hours to arrive. I have two hungry kids who need to go to bed so I ended up cancelling the order and scrambling to make dinner. Thanks, Dominos. That’s the last time we bother with you. Too many other pizza places to have that kind of poor customer service.
