  I brought in my 2017 Jetta for an oil change. The staff in the service department were all so friendly and welcoming! They explained what needed to be done to my car and had it done in the time frame they gave me. I have had several excellent experiences here!

  Tiffany Compton at Falcone Volkswagen is the best! We started looking online and I inquired about a Tiguan. She answered within minutes. She was patient with me while I asked so many questions. She answered promptly, either by calling or email. We picked up our new 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan last Friday. And, Tiffany was ill but that didn't stop her, we had the best salesperson ever!

  Brought in my car for a 20K service. Easy to make an appointment online. Service department greeted me when I arrived, estimated the time to complete and finished 15 minutes early. Steve described the service to be done before and after and went over the findings of the comprehensive inspection. I felt like my car was in good hands.

  Best Volkswagen dealership I’ve been to. They have the most helpful staff and are very quick in service. Also they usually have donuts and other snacks. If your service does take awhile they come and update you continuously. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
