  Juan was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was on a tight schedule and was able to find a unit and get everything taken care of rather quickly.

  Been renting a space here for awhile now. I gotta say new management is making this place look great clean and there is no trash around anymore. I feel more secure leaving my stuff with them now.

  I came in to get information on a unit I did not have a great day and Juan was verry helpful answering all my questions. I was so pleased that before I left I rented a unit from him. He is so nice and had me smiling and made my day.😁 Thank you so much Juan

  This Location is Convenient. Store manager Juan was just plain amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Access hrs are great specially for the area this location is to avoid homeless from accessing this facility after employees leave. Juan went above and beyond and showed me a few different units since I was not 100% what I will be storing as of yet. He did mention and communicated clearly about transferring in the future if I don't need that big of a space. My wife was in love with Juan's Customer Service and lets not Mention Tara. She was such a sweetheart. Not only did they go above and beyond to assist me but the Store looks great. Floors are shiny and Juan is trying to make this location look better then it did before. I used to rent long ago and this place was very bad. Thank you Extra Space for updating new manager and for putting someone that will keep up with this tough location! M.L.
