  No one at the front desk. There were several other people waiting in the lobby. We had to call the hotel multiple times before someone finally showed up to the front desk. The room reaked of smoke and was marginally clean. There are several other hotels near by, I would go to them instead. This place is definitely not worth what they are charging.

  What do you expect at a weekly? Room was small. Couldn't sleep bc of other guests and the 1st 3 days I kept checking on my car. Turns out it was safe the entire week. Bedding was a 3/10 and it just felt dirty. I bleached everything and used my own EVERYTHING except bed. 2 eye electric stove top and a microwave. Oh yeah you have to call into the inside from a phone on the wall if you want to check in after hours. That tells you about the safety.

  The room is clean and continues to remain free of bugs, I've been staying here a couple of weeks and haven't seen a single bug. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Ana, Sierra, and Audrianna. They great me with sweet smiles each morning when I go in the office to get hot oatmeal for breakfast. The staff is also responsible in sending unsafe strangers away who attempt to linger around the building. Anytime my key card became deactivated the staff was quick to reset it for me. There is a laundry room with 4 washers and 6 dryers. I especially like that the fridge here is full-size and that they have a stove.

  No shampoo, no pillowcases, no facecloths, AC leaked all in the floor, had to ask for everything. Do NOT stay here. The worse place I have ever stayed in, this was so much worse. If I had to do again I would sleep in my car before staying here. I can’t give it less than one star. Online it shows they will talk to their team. I guess it is just something to say since it appears they must not. It needs to go out of business.

  I stayed here several times for an extended period of times for work at a nearby hospital. I typically do not expect much from extended stay places; but there are multiple less than satisfactory things to mention. There is trash everywhere, from parking lot to almost the entry to your room. There is also a lot of feral cats; there was a lot of food left for cats. At least 10-15 cats at a time, this is a problem has uncared for animals may carry diseases or they may cause injury in such location. Overfilled trashcans. Staff was not friendly; they weren't rude either, but communication seemed forced and cold. The walkways smelled like urine. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.
