::Very basic hotel, staff were friendly but didn't seem to think to advise no plates or cutlery were in the room when we asked for pots and pans. Room definitely needs to be updated, carpet was stained, room was dusty and needed a good wipe down. Bed was small for queen size and needs 2 night stands. Would not advertise breakfast is included when it's coffee and granola bars only.

::I needed to know some information about how to pay my deposit with cash and I had called the hotel multiple times before I checked in to be sure of what I needed to do. Once I got to hotel to check in the same Agent I spoke to over the phone was also at the front desk. He then went to inform me that I was able to continue with my check in because my bank card apparently wasn't being accepted to make my deposit. This is the same card I used to purchase the room over the phone with the front desk agent. So I had to cancel my stay and book another room before it was too late to check in. It was just very stressful and it didn't have to be.

::HOMELESS PEOPLE EVERYWHERE !!! They camp out in the empty lot next door, they live in and around the hotel 24/7, when I left they had 8-9 stray cats running all over the property and doing they're "business " everywhere. The front staff was INCOMPETENT , the maids never mopped the vinyl floors in the room, so you walk around then take a shower in the morning, and the water was BLACK, in the shower, same thing at night, before you go to bed. Had the police there at least once a week, to deal with the drug dealers, hooker's, homeless people, DON'T EVER STAY HERE !!!

::Love this place! The staff are mostly very nice. The rooms are very clean and you can get cookware and dishes on request at the front desk. I like it because there is room to move around in and extras like reclining chairs and some have couches that turn into a bed in the suites. Each has it's own closet and dresser so your luggage and clothes aren't in the way. Honestly I could live here!!

::This place was a delightful surprise in that we expected a sub-motel 6 but got a perfectly fine apartment! The space is large as a studio apartment. Upgraded with contemporary decor and a perfect little kitchen and lighting. The bed was great. One could actually consider living here for an Extended Stay 😊. Price is right, staff was lovely.
