  This business is by far the worst cleaners in the city of Natomas. They returned shirts unclean 3 times with wrinkles. I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt but nothing improved. My request for a refund was denied and the owner made it clear I was one unsatisfied customer and my business was not needed.

  If you want to experience being taken to the cleaners this is the place for you. My son was new to the Sacramento area and took his new suit pants into Expert Discount Cleaners back Late August of 2017. When he went to pick up the dry cleaning that included 2 shirts and 2 suit pants they only gave back 3 items stating they would look for the missing pants and contact him. He made many calls and went by several times yet still no pants. The pants are from a suit that He had only worn a few times. The suit cost over $400 and the pants can not be purchased alone. Joseph A Banks provided receipts to back up the purchase and He provided that along with his claim ticket and told the owner that the retailer had the suit on sale for $200 and asked he reimburse him $200 so that he could have his suit to wear again. He offered him only $40. They lost his pants and gave him the run around for 8 months and then never acknowledged their mistake. Do not take your cleaning there as you may loose more than your shirt!

  I've never before written an online review of a business, but in light of the absolutely terrible saga I've been through with Expert Discount Cleaners over the past eight months, I feel obligated to warn anyone and everyone in the community to avoid this establishment like the plague! Back in August of 2017, I took four items of clothing (2 dress shirts and 2 pairs of suit pants) to Expert Discount Cleaners for dry cleaning. When I returned to pick up these items, I was only given three of them back. The store clerk could not locate one of the pairs of suit pants that I had left for dry cleaning and sewing/hemming. I immediately presented my claim ticket to show that I had not received one of the pairs of suit pants back. For the several months that followed, I returned in person on multiple occasions and made numerous phone calls to check if my suit pants had been located. On each of these occasions, the store clerk would either tell me to return at a different time or day to speak with a different clerk, or claim that the pants were still being located and that I should check back again later. Basically, no one seemed to want to take responsibility for the issue. I finally got the owner's phone number a few weeks ago. Despite assuring me that the issue would be resolved, he still has not resolved it. Unfortunately I can't leave voicemail messages with him because his mailbox is full (how convenient), but I have recently texted him several times with information including the claim ticket and description of the item lost, only to receive no messages or calls back. Adding insult to injury, the one time I was able to get a hold of him on the phone, he claimed that at most he would only have to provide me $40, despite the fact that the replacement cost of the pants is $200. Thus after eight months, this cleaners has neither located my missing suit pants nor provided me the replacement amount. I had actually planned on wearing that particular suit to a wedding next month, but obviously can't do so without the pants. At the end of the day, a business shouldn't take advantage of its customers. In this situation, I feel like I've been given the "run around" for months, with the owner and staff presumably hoping that I'll finally just give up trying to get my suit pants back. But especially after reading that I'm not the first customer of this dry cleaners who has been treated in this negligent manner, I'm not giving up. I'm filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. At the very least, the community deserves to know that this establishment has a history of mismanagement and taking advantage of its customers. I am still hopeful that this issue can be resolved, and will of course update this review if my missing pants issue is appropriately resolved. In the meantime, though, if I were you, I'd most definitely take my dry cleaning and business elsewhere!

  I have used this location as my cleaners for years, however, as of today, I will no longer give them my business. Peter, Manager, has NO customer service. I rang the bell 2 times, caught the eye of one of the workers in the back, and rang the bell 2 times again. Peter finally comes to the front and proceeded to school me on how to ring the bell and how it doesn’t work sometime. What he ultimately failed to do was extend a simple apology for my wait. I took issue with that and asked “aren’t you at least going to apology to me for the wait?” He answered, “ there no need to apologize.” I responded, “I am your customer and you should apologize to me for the wait”. He walked away and said “whatever”. I proceeded to tell him “ you will no longer get my business and I will let the community know”. He waved me away as to dismiss my value as his customer He actually spoke out “thank you” This business will NOT receive my hard earned money again. NOT OK!

  I just pick my clothes up today 4-13-18 and my shirt were wrinkled with deep creases in them. My kids could of did a better job.. Never go to this place it’s a sham!
