  Dirty items laying on the floor no care of. People who work there, didn't care the items that were on the floor were for sale. What I brought was inexpensive I got a drapery rod 120" long that was a good deal. I would rather to have sales people pick up items hang stuff up if they want people to be able to see a items don't put so much on the racks instead of packing it so full you know things won't fall onto the floor.

  Okay store I go with my sister-in-law to have a fun time but their security is crazy you feel like when you walk in you've already taken something come down on that people who want to spend real money don't need to feel like they've got someone on their back. Otherwise some of their toys and clothes with holes so I go in knowing that the few things I do take out it's going to be good because I looked or I don't buy them

  Only 2 stars because the lady who helped us was really nice and professional. This place is a horrible, understandably, people don't care if they leave a mess behind, but the lack of effort and desire to even show up is noticable in almost every employee there. If you don't like working with the public, you're in the wrong place and retail is not for you. I used to work retail and I can say from experience that it helped me learn skills that I use in my current career. Avoid, there are much better options out there to shop around.

  This place is just plain sad. The employees are beyond disrespectful and have a bad attitude likes it's everyone else fault they work there. Thank God I didn't accept a position at this location. The store was messy and smelled awful. Don't own up to the ghetto just because it's Northgate. Never coming back to this place. Recommend the one off Stockton Blvd. At least you are greeted by security at the entrance and carts are available, the store is clean and organized and even the employees there have an outstanding attitude and leave a great impression. You should reconsider new hires

  Convenient location, great prices, ok customer service flagging they flags bad attitudes & don't have a clue of any questions you may ask. Store was clean, great big store. Free Parking and for Handicap also plus entrance. Security Officers on patrol, baskets, & no restrooms for Customers. Next to Smart Final, on corner of San Juan & Northgate blvd. Check em out....!
