  2/3 of my waxes haven't been great and unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. During my first wax, I was having my bikini area done and the woman doing it said, "That doesn't hurt!" when I reflexively jerked from my hair being pulled out. On my third visit, I had my underarms done only to be viciously plucked to the point that my armpits were stinging for two days. I've had a better experience at the Teteboro location and will continue to visit there rather than continue at Westwood.

  Danielle is great and my favorite waxer here. She's got a great personality and her good skills make my service much more pleasant, considering we're waxing :)
