  Overall good experience, technician was professional, prompt and fixed the issue in timely manner. Just wanted to put it out there know if you have any warranties in effect before they come out. We almost got charged for a part when we still had a part warranty due to the office staff did not put on slip that was given to technician. Not the technician's fault, he was very professional about it when asked called the office and found out if we had warranty still. He took off the charge for the part.

  Hi my name is Bill and I am having a new home built in North Texas with Toll Brothers and I am having my first meeting with an ESP representative today because I believe they did not correctly design their HVAC system for my home floor plan. There are a couple of major living spaces that have no air vents installed and I am very concerned after reading these reviews. I will keep posting updates as I progress through the build process. I was planning to buy an extended warranty from ESP for my new systems but based on what I have read about customer satisfaction I wont be doing that. It is also interesting to note that the Owner doesn't respond to the bad reviews??

  Don't buy from them. They have good price, but installation and post sale service is horrible. It has been a 9 year tale of horror for us. First, they installed the drain incorrectly when they installed a brand new system for us. Within 6 months our ceiling was damaged. Our insurance company actually forced them to pay for damages. We pay them every year for the annual maintenance service. Every few years, they have to add refrigerant to our system. Apparently a undetectable leak. Finally, when I called them 3 days ago, and paid extra for emergency service, they are yet to come and actually work on the leak, while house is becoming uninhabitable. Very bad company!

  ESP installed a new unit in my home when it was built 3 years ago. It's never gone more than 4 months without breaking. I'm tired of it. I've paid to replace parts that should not have failed after only 1-2 years. I'm going to be getting another company to fix my unit this time and seek reimbursement. Also, all of the 5 star reviews seem fake. Look at the profiles of the "people" leaving the reviews. None of them live in the area and they are reviewing companies in other states and countries for similar services.

  I called to get an estimate for my new home construction for air conditioning installation and I was told they would have the estimate done in 2 business days but much to my amazement they came out early the next morning and gave us an estimate and it was much less than any other company that we had received an estimates from. We decide to go with them because we liked not only their price but also how professional the service men seemed when they came out. We hired them months ago and they installed two ac units in our new construction home and they work like a dream come true. So glad that we went with these guys, good job at a great price.
