  This is the epitome of corporate greed. The gym was ridiculously oversold when it opened, yet they continue to walk potential clients through. You literally must wait in line to use the floor area for sit ups! Disappointed. I just cancelled my membership.

  This Equinox is super clean. The staff and trainers are really helpful and attentive to your needs.

  Too busy! Wait for lockers, wait for showers, no space in the steam room and good luck working out. Signing up for a class? Forget about it, it’s like buying a limited sneaker online. This is a known problem to their management, but they keep signing up more people. Apart from all of the above, it’s a nice gym.

  I NEVER write reviews but this deserves one. If you don’t work or live in the area, it’s best to go to a different location. This location is so small and members pay the same price as the other locations. The atmosphere here is okay, nothing much to complain about. I give them a three for the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and for some of the good looking trainers that are easy on the eyes, even that one female trainer with the dreads. Overall, as a member the price is my main issue with the size of this gym.

  With the exception of front desk staff, my experience of management and customer service at this location were terrible. The membership advisor didn’t respond to emails or responded super late when I had questions, but was super aggressive emailing/calling when he needed me to sign up (I assume to get his commission). General attitude of other membership advisors and managers was argumentative and/or defensive. I hesitated to give one star only because Sarah, who only trains at this location, is amazing. I’ve been a dancer my whole life and she is the most technically rigorous and thoughtful trainer I’ve ever had. Everything else—awful.
