Nice spot for brunch and catching up with friends. The restaurant smells a bit greasy because they have an open buffet. We had the crabs Benedict, duck waffle, and chorizo hash. They are all pretty tasty but heavy. We got side salad for $2 each, although it wasn’t on the menu. It’s located on the second floor of the Hyatt hotel. Parking is easy when entering from Bellevue place.

If you stay in the Hyatt hotel and you're a Globalist, you can eat at this restaurant for free...just charge to your room. I had always passed by this place but never stopped in to see how the brunch was. But I did because I'm a Globalist and it was free and I would say that it's delicious and I would probably go back and pay for the brunch even if I wasn't a Globalist. Don't eat a lot of food the night before which leaves you plenty of room to try pretty much everything they have. It's a really good brunch with me to order omelettes and many many other options for pretty much any dietary need.

Great place for brunch! For $35 you get unlimited buffet with omelet, bagels 🥯 salmon and much more. Definitely would recommend it!

It's been quite sometime I've been back to Bellevue. Decided to give this place a try as pics looked decent and location was close to the mall. Found staff to be friendly and accommodating, food tasted great, we had the beef hash and the tiramisu pancakes. Looks like the pancakes are very popular among others, who's visited.

Delicious food. Bloody mary was a bit spicy. The tiramisu pancakes were delicious. The all American breakfast we subbed out extra meat for the eggs. Our server was very sweet. Would definitely come back.
