  Class was very challenging and a great workout. I was sore for multiple days afterwards which is the sign of a productive workout. The class had great energy and was full enough to keep things moving without being overly crowded. I cannot wait to take another class.

  EPIC is amazing with a great community of people. In an industry where "functional fitness" has come to mean so many things, they really stay true to ensuring your body is moving in ways that benefit your daily life activities, SAQ, and also rising to the challenge. Coach Nate brings super energy and motivates you at whatever fitness level you are. Need to know: EPIC is the 3rd flr, but take the stairs to fit in ;) , barefoot workout, cycling through timed stations, supports OCR training
