  Great spin and Barre classes. Only downside is no locker room so you have to wait on a long line to change in the 2 bathrooms and it's down stairs so after your workout you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs. But you do get free water!

  The gym is located in the basement actually. There are two classrooms, and the change space can be crowded. Spend few more minutes than other Flywheel stores to settle in.

  Great work out! They have fruit available for free as well as face/hand towels, water bottles and locker use.

  Zach and the other staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I missed the class I signed up for last night on my way in from LGA with all my bags. I needed to destress by exercising and then shower before dinner but didn't have time to go to the hotel. Not only did ZACH let me reschedule the class for this morning and shower but he also let me leave my bags overnight so I could go straight to dinner. This is why I'm willing to pay $35 for a class. Thanks gang!

  I love Flywheel! Never thought spinning could get this intensive until I tried this place. They had a monitor that showed your resistance and RPM and that makes the workout more effective for sure. The instructor Jess is amazing too. She keeps it energetic, fun and challenging! I would come everyday if i could but my legs might fall off....
