  I have to give them hands down a 5 star rating , I dealt with three people one by the name of Claudia , Courtney , and Greg, these 3 individuals had given me exceptional service to the point where i couldn't believe it they even waited for me for a couple of minutes because i was running late. keep up the awesome work guys , will be definitely coming back again.

  The staff was friendly and generous. Definitely efficient and convenient. Would recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental vehicle.

  This really used to be my favorite enterprise to rent from but of course one bad employee will and can ruin that for anyone. This morning I called because my account was charged and I wanted to know why, one of the lady managers were so nasty which had me come out of character and begin to yell and cuss. Customer service is everything!!! If you don’t know how to handle your customers then that job is not for you!!! Corporate will be hearing from me as well. The ordasity!!! So classless and tasteless!! I am extremely disappointed

  LIARS and SCAM ARTISTS Long story short: This Enterprise location refused to issue me a refund, even after learning that they made a mistake. Long story: My car dealership offered me an Enterprise rental while my car was being fixed. While signing the paperwork for the rental car, I declined ALL additional insurances & waivers. I was explicitly told that my dealership would cover ALL costs relating to the rental, and that they're covering a damage waiver as well....... One month later I get a bill for a damage waiver, so I call Enterprise only to be rudely told that "you signed the waiver, there's nothing we can do". I then contact my dealership and they verify that they covered the damage waiver. So I call Enterprise back and try to have them verify the charges were covered by the dealership. At this point you would think the charges are between Enterprise and the Dealership? Nope. Enterprise refused to refund me despite admitting to the billing error. They never got back to me, nor tried to remedy the situation, and each time I called or emailed about a refund, I was ignored.
