::Horrible service. If you are in Raleigh, go to one of their other locations. Rented a car here. After filling up all the paperworks, they let me know that their driver couldn't drive the car to this location so I have pick it up from a different location. I don't mind picking up cars from a different location, but we were on a time sensitive trip and 1 hour messed our timing. They could have informed me earlier, specially since enterprise calls customers a day ahead to confirm the reservation.

::Price was competitive. Received free upgrade when our car wasn't ready. Was surprised by $200 deposit required at pickup as this was not clear after making reservation online. Treatment of windshield dings was not explained as we checks for scratches and dents. Enjoyed the friendly local staff and was very satisfied with the product, but I will not use the company again given its stance against the 2nd Amendment. Company should focus on delivering a quality product and customer experience, rather than siding on political issues.

::With the impending snow I mentioned how I was nervous about driving a strange vehicle and it just so happened they had a Ford Focus for me just like I drive! Despite this I did follow the governors advice and stayed home the worst of the days, but it was such a pleasure to drive in a car I could handle the day of the first snowfall and the day after I stayed home. I had to have the car 15 days and the person I dealt with closed the account for 14 which was what the insurance company said they would pay for. I don’t know if when the body shop told them the car would be ready in 15 days the insurance company coughed up the extra day, but it was such a relief to have the receipt as paid in full. It was such a pleasure dealing with enterprise where the repa are friendly, hospitable, and eager to serve!

::I had the WORST experience with this location ever!! I got rear ended and that person's insurance company (Nationwide) has a so called program that uses Enterprise for their rental needs. This program is supposed to get me into a rental at no cost to me. This was explained to me by Nationwide. I get to Enterprise and they charge me a $50 fee upfront I am still not sure why considering I went through insurance. That fee is for regular rentals. Then I called Nationwide and they said that Enterprise was NOT supposed to charge me that fee. Clearly there is a miscommunication between the two companies. In the meantime the customer gets penalized!! I am still waiting for my refund a week later thanks you so much Enterprise for showing me where NOT to rent my next vehicle!
