  It's best to arrive early to verify that your car is available. Most of their rentals come from the RDU airport and typically delays what's available and pick up time. Try early morning to early afternoon reservations versus later due to traffic.

  I rent from this location all the time and the service has been great! The owner is very friendly and helpful.

  The rental agency was supposed to stay open until 6pm. I arrived at 5.50 pm and it was closed.

  I am waiting on a $42 refund that was promised to me by these rip offs. I rented the car and was told that if I return early I would receive a day refund which was 42. I argued with a manager before I left and he assured me it would be handled. I don't enjoy being lied to twice and ripped off. This company is renting out auction impound vehicles. Never again will I rent from them. This is not even a real budget. It is privately owned. One representative tell me one things and the manager says another and won't back up their word. I have never rented such a terrible vehicle also

  My wife and I have rented from this location several times for business and family travel. The gentleman we deal with, Ahmad, has always been quick, professional, thorough, and polite in our dealings. Every time, we've received clean vehicles of the type we requested on-line. As a bonus, we usually don't have to wait long to get out with the keys (unlike our experiences at the airport location). On one occasion, Ahmad was even able to pull off a special, last-minute request for an AWD vehicle instead of the car we had reserved. If you live in town, this is probably the best rental place in terms of service, confidence, convenience, and price (in my experience).
