Great service! Picked me up at Amtrak and took me back at the end of my rental. Seamless! My Nissan Rogue was pretty, easy to drive, spotless, and a really great price!

3 stars because the young man who physically rented the car to me was really rude. He gave me incorrect information about my rental and then acted like a jerk! I would have given 0 stars based on his behavior but every other experience I have had at that location has been excellent. Good place to rent. Just avoid the tall young jerk.

So, if you have rented with Enterprise, you should know the drill! They will put a deposit on your credit card! The staff is really cool here. Good assortment of vehicles and the weekend rates rock! $15 bucks a day for the weekend, can't beat that. I even went over the mileage a bit and they didn't charge me. The only odd thing with all Enterprises, they aren't the quickest.

I rent a ton of cars at this location. Especially for business. They're always very helpful and will usually offer to upgrade me if available. I will not rent anywhere else. They also have really great cars and a great variety! Customer service has always been great!

It's a small place, but I have come here A LOT over the last six years for business travel, and it has become quite better. The turnaround time is usually quicker - the kiosk for state workers that they added outside helps that A LOT; the return line lanes make it much easier as well. I find that they usually have a decent inventory for such a small place and they are quite accommodating when they don't have the reserved car type. My only recommendation would be to have whomever is checking the car out to you tell you in advance where the gas release and any other regularly used but abnormally located things are. Some do it automatically...some do not. It can be frustrating if you forget to ask.
