  Once again, Budget truck has let me down. Tried to rent from this location for a move. When I showed up, the guy behind the counter told me the truck I ordered broke and my only option was to call the customer support line. After 30 min waiting, the customer service rep said they would call the California Stock Manager...one manager for the whole state...and that they would get back to me in anywhere from 20 min to 2 hours but they would reduce the cost on milage. I need a truck, so I started calling around and found one all the way out at sunrise. After finding a truck, I called the Customer service line again and find out Budget would only reimburse me after I returned the truck for the additional mileage cost. I never heard back from the California Stock Manager and still am waiting for the reimbursement. I will not be making this mistake again.

  Excellent customer service from Steve. It was busy when I went to pick up but I still got the car I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. The prices were reasonable. I will come back to this location next time I need a rental car.

  I normally go to the airport to rent cars because they are sometimes more economical. However, I selected the Budget downtown because there rates were great. When I walked into Budget I received a warm and welcoming experience from a customer service representative name Beth who emanates a feeling of trust and knowledge. The customer service made my pick up and drop off of vehicle much easier than I have received at the airport due to faster service. I would rent from this location again.
