  After I started teaching, I found it difficult to reach new fitness goals. After I joined EnduraLAB, my family noticed a transformation in my body. I'm excited and looking forward to reach new fitness goals this year with the help of the coaches at EnduraLab.

  I've been going here for over a year and it keeps getting better and better. Great programming, superb community, challenging workouts and RESULTS. Highly recommended, from complete beginners to seasoned veterans.

  I have been with EnduraLAB since 2014 but in 2017 I went thru a funk with work which affected my working out! 10 months and 40 pounds heavier I am back! I hesitated coming back for fear of not being able to finish a work out but the community did not allow my fears to surface! Those who knew welcomed me back and the others I did not know welcomed me and supported me from day ONE! Needless to say don’t let weight, lack of strength or feeling like an outsider stop you! EnduraLAB and the community are family and will welcome and support you! I welcome you to join me on my journey and yours!

  This new year I set goals to be stronger, faster, and leaner and day by day I'm seeing results. Every single staff memeber pushes me to be the best I can be and motivates me to push through no matter the difficulty of the workout. I feel apart of a family every single morning I come here!! 5/5 rating from me!

  I LOVE ENDURALAB! I am approaching my 5 year anniversary of belonging to this great community and it's still challenging and fresh everyday! I originally joined to prepare for my first marathon and have since successfully completed 5 marathons - feeling fully trained to both enjoy the actual event AND feel AMAZING post-race! I credit Lee with his emphasis on mobility/strength training/recovery and nutrition. He is ALL about QUALITY fitness, not just QUANTITY. I could go on and on about the quality and variety of his programming, but I also want to mention the community and overall vibe of this gym: the coaching is top-notch and ALL levels of athletes are embraced and encouraged. There is a true team spirit and no one is ever made to feel intimidated by the more accomplished or mature athletes. Everyone really is "FOR" each other. I wouldn't go somewhere 5-6 days a week for 5 years if I didn't like the environment or the people no matter how great the workouts are! Saturdays are especially fun with the team workouts! If you are a needing a change or just needing to get started on your fitness journey ENDURALAB will NOT disappoint!
