::We purchased a remnant carpet for our daughter's room 2 years ago. The staff at Empress was extremely warm, accommodating & knowledgeable. They edged the carpet and delivered it as promised. As for Duke as he was extremely helpful. On Thursday December 28, 2017 around noon, we returned to Empress Carpet Sales to purchase our 2nd rug. Duke not only remembered us as prior customers, he & his staff were once again knowledgeable & friendly. Pros: knowledgeable, friendly staff, great prices, lots of parking Cons: none, really! (Well, I guess they could offer free back massages). This place epitomizes customer service. Overall, our experience with the Empress Carpet Sales was positive. We were in & out within 30 minutes. Empress has a great selection of remnant carpets which can be edged as rugs. We have no complaints about Empress, and will return for all of our carpet needs.
