  Beyond overpriced. A small inflatable marked $400.... then they think you're an idiot and they mark it "50% off"..... yea it's on Amazon for $125. Saw that walking in so even though they had what I went in for I was so annoyed by that little game that I walked out.

  Great selection of outdoor furniture they always have sale items there very nice sales people delivery price is reasonable financing is available thru Wells Fargo

  Great customer service. This is exactly the kind of place we were looking for when shopping for patio furniture. Jim approached us at just the right time to help us select the right set. He walked us through every piece and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable staff and the store had a huge selection of patio sets on the floor. On top of that, my daughter forgot one of her toys in the store. Jim was nice enough to call us and let us know it was safe and we could pick it up whenever we were available. If we need something and Harrow 's has it, we're going there first and you should too.

  Harrows had a huge high quality selection with better prices than at the other stores (and I looked everywhere). I easily found exactly what I wanted. No hassles. And I was pleasantly surprised by such great customer service. The salesman was very helpful and patient. He even remembered me when I came back a few weeks later to make my purchase. What a pleasant and successful shopping experience! Save yourself a hassle -- just go to Harrows first. Next time that's what I'll do.
