TERRIBLE service. They literally give you a room and don't say anything to you for an hour at a time. I can barely walk but I have to keep getting up to make sure someone is coming in here. The extra star was only BC they have valet. After 2 hours I saw a financial counselor, idk why I hadn't been given anything for the pain I've been here for 5 hours. And saw a nurse twice. I'm never coming back.

My wait time was long, I arrived at 1pm and wasn’t seen till after 7pm. However the service I received made it worth while. My nurse Cassandra was awesome she renewed my view of the medical field (having past bad experiences with medical staff). You can tell that she went into the medical field to help People because it defiantly shows. Also my NP Becky was great she listened to my complaints (I was in excruciating pain) and showed empathy she made sure my problem was handled by the correct departments. God willing I will not have to come back anytime soon, but if I do Emory will be my first choice. Thanks again

Ridiculous amount of unnecessary bureaucracy and paperwork. How hard is it to get a medical release form and send it? They insisted that I fax it and refused to even give me the option of emailing the medical authorization form even though no one under the age of 30 has a fax machine. Do better, Emory.

Been here Several Times. All the Doctors and Nurses are incredibly nice and thorough. It's a timely process, but it's worth it. They check you head to toe before they clear you for your surgery. Really smart people down here.
