  The name of this team speaks volumes! They are the ELITE in the fire protection sector. When I called them with a EMERGENCY they where on location and taking care of the issue in a timely manner. I have recommended them to all the local business owners in my area. Only criticism that I can give is they wouldn't accept a free dish from the restaurant! They insisted on paying. JOEL and James were the technicians that took good care of me.

  Absolutely unreliable. Long story short - if you want good service look somewhere else. Stay away from this business.

  Our 8-unit building had the contract for monthly inspection of sprinkler system. They never show for inspection. Only after call, they will come by with absolutely no respect to your time frame. Last 3 month of service they supposed to provide - they never show, even after few calls, and conversation with assurance they will come - lie after lie after lie, and promise to take care of us. Contact person was Frank. I would advise anyone to say away from this absolutely unreliable business. Honest, I hardly ever deal with so careless people before.
