  Unfortunately our experience has not been positive. They were very professional and kind on the phone, but when the technician came, he gave us an estimate which was double-priced compare to any price on the market. Although we did not accept that offer, we still had to pay the service fee, which was $125 and that's when we also realized that this company is not local, but is a branch of NY HVAC. We were very disappointed because for ethical reasons we try to work with small local companies and nowhere in their website it is listed the fact that this is a branch of HVAC. We are sure that they can provide good service and we wish them all the best, but our experience was expensive and disappointing, this is why we felt the need to share it with the greater Ridgewood community.
