  Horrible experience with the office of Alyssa Hartman. I showed up to my appointment beforehand and they informed me that they'd cancelled it and I was out of luck. They blamed the error on Zocdoc but I had been receiving communication texts and emails from Zocdoc without issue. Wasted a whole afternoon after taking off work and driving over to the office. Completely unprofessional and unaccomodating.

  My husband and I absolutely adore this dental practice. They are so professional, kind, and efficient. They are always adapting their practices to what is current as well. We are relocating so we are changing dentists, we will really miss them!

  Dr. Hartman and her staff are meticulous in their work. The dental hygienist who I first engaged with was incredibly thorough. I had an extended visit with Dr. Hartman and her assistant, Jim. They had a lot of work to do, but were incredibly patient and detailed in their work. I always dread the anesthetic needle. Dr. Hartman applied it so gently that I barely felt it. What a great group of clinicians!!

  I would like to thank Dr. Alyssa Hartman fir her knowledge, professionalism, expertise, and excellent doctor-patient relationship. I just started my treatment (and already successfully finished the first phase) at the Elite practice and intend to continue it in the future. Huge thanks also go to the excellent Erica, Dr. Hartman’s assistant, and Lisa - the front office friendly and very efficient administrator.

  Dr. Hartman and her hygienist Jenny are awesome combo. Jenny takes extra time and patience making my mouth and teeth feel fresh and clean. She even gave me great recommendation on how to floss better, even though I floss everyday. Dr. Hartman comes at the end of my cleanings and gives me advice on any concerns she may have. She is very warm and personable. No cavities for over 25 years, because of dental companies like these. Finally the front desk led by Liza, are very proficient and professional. Highly recommended dental office to take care of your dental needs.
