  This is a quick and simple taqueria with a menu of all the expected items. It's a 5 star location because of its combination of food and full bar for a cheap price. But if you're looking for trendy or fancy, you're in the wrong place.

  Not fancy at all. Just a great taqueria. Some of the best tacos I've ever had. And they stay busy. The locals know their quality.

  You know, Mexican should always be served in a place just like this. The atmosphere was comfortable and it was clean but it felt close. We even ended up in a long conversation with the people at the table next to us. The salsa is Rich and fill of flavor. The food was fantastic. I can assure you this place will make it on my short list the next time I am in DC.

  Food was ok not the best. District taco has better food. Te service was awful, we had the worst experience. Can someone teach the server some manners and good customer service skills?? Our server was rude and didn’t even care to take the order right. Never checked on us and our food was served after other people who came after us. We will not be back, ever. You lost costumers and good reference to this place.

  This is a little hole in the wall. There are maybe seats for 30 people and the whole restaurant. The food was good - I got chicken fajita and my friend got the sampler tacos - but the portions for a little small. If that's okay because the prices were also lower than you expect to see at a restaurant in DC. The chips and salsa they leave on the table before the meal we're not very good - I felt they were definitely from the store. I was here on a Friday night at about 6 and there was no crowd but 30 minutes after we sat down the wait was an hour and the line was down the block. This is a very popular place even though it doesn't look like much so come early or see if they take reservations. They also have the option for take away so if you live close by you can just order it to go. This is not particularly close to any Metro but I think I saw buses nearby. There was street parking in the neighborhoods but you have to search for it and it's few and far between.
