  The professional experience is 4-5 stars, however, the inability to make an appointment or the disturbing experience of making an appointment will force me to find another office. Due to a glitch in my insurance I had to put off a follow up visit until the following month, January 2018. Initially I called in December 2017 and was told that an appointment could not be made, to call back in January. It is now January and the the person who answered the phone peppered me with personal health questions to which I do not have answers. I do not know the reason I have to tell her of my abnormal mammogram results or whether the follow up is necessary. I was told to schedule the follow up. I do not know whether I have cancer or some horrible disease and if I do it's none of her business. I am following the instructions of the doctor to schedule a follow up. I am upset as with many health care issues they can be scary and overwhelming. I've noticed this office has many complaints. I do not know what it will take to improve the front office. I appreciate everyone's effort but it is unacceptable and I am highly dissatisfied. (Sorry to say that.)

  The front office is completely incompetent. You can never get a human being on the phone. Their rude in person. And when you actually get there their gossiping, eating cheetos, making the doctors who are actually excellent look bad. I wish the doctors got rid of their office staff and got new people. I hate to leave such an amazing doctor because his office staff is HORRIFIC.

  I called several times to make an appointment, automated answering service is what I got. Nobody in the whole office could pick up the phone??? Going else where.

  the practice itself is good but they are horrible at service, San Miguel has been seeing us for 9 months and my wife just gave birth and first off we have seen three different doctors in the group not even him, he comes the next day and asks us if it's a boy or girl?? ( he's been there every step of the pregnancy and doesn't know the gender?!) now I am sitting at the hospital they told us DR would be here by 11am it's now 4pm and they told us because the doctor that's coming is not San Miguel it's someone else NEW and she was at lunch and this and that just a bunch of bullshit , San Miguel is so impersonal he doesn't give a crap other than his NPR station and getting out of the room as fast as possible without asking us if we have questions just mumbles and says see you next week and we ask questions he cuts us off and says someone will come right now to answer , inefficient and the worst obgyn in El Paso in terms of patient care and personal touch , they have none just like robots , I hate them! especially you San Miguel
