  Don't bother calling here for catering, call a different location or spend your money elsewhere! I had to place a catering order for work today for a very important business meeting. When I called in, I was asked to be put on hold. I said sure. I was not put on hold, but the phone was just set down on the counter! For the next 15 minutes, I listened to someone take orders. In their defense, from what I could hear it seemed like this poor girl was the only one taking orders and she was struggling to keep people happy. I also heard her tell someone they had no drivers and they'd have to come pick up their order, so I'm sure she was answering a different online order. Eventually I hung up and called back, figuring, I had been forgotten about. No big deal, I understand people get busy. As I called back, the call was answered and hung up within 1 second. I was not even greeted. If they were busy, I would have just appreciated them telling me to call a different location. Luckily, I was able to call their Glen Ellyn location and they were able to make an exception to deliver to my office in Addison, given my experience. Glen Ellyn was able to get a $200 order from my company. It's too bad this panera location couldn't even bother to provide basic customer service to me. At the end of the day this location, must be extremely to understaffed as they seemed to be unable to handle orders in person in their restaurant. Management must really be lacking if their not even going to answer their phones professionally.

  I was just here and I met this amazing employee named Brenda. She told me she usually works at the Oakbrook location but her service was super friendly and you don’t get a lot of people like her. My food was also ready very fast and I was very pleased with my experience!

  This place is okay tasting but super rude. I asked for extra Caesar for the salad and one of the associates making the food said “Wow so many calories.” I paid to eat not to have rude comments said under someone’s breath. I’m overcoming my eating disorder and they’ve triggered it. I doubt I’ll be back.

  You standard fare Panera for all the items. The crew and the chief at this location are really good, they always try to be extra cheery, nice and helpful. The gentleman who is responsible for maintenance and cleaning is a gem, a very wonderful guy he is out there working almost every single day and he does his job with so much enthusiasm and gives it a 100%, a true role mode and someone to look up to in his dedication no matter what the job is. Respect!

  There was not a lot of people on this visit and found parking very fast. As for the service, it was fast as well and my cashier did take our order correctly and offered what my discount was due to my rewards. Used their wifi to do some work and was very comfortable to be there.
