  Body & Brain is Owsome! If you want to feel better about yourself and improve your body condition come to Body & Brain @ East Meadow. I joined the center almost three months ago and I can feel a big difference in my body. After every class I feel renew and great about myself. So come and see for yourself. You will be glad that you did.

  The older we get the more we need to stretch, flex and balance ourselves I think. The Body & Brain Yoga is a great place to do that. It's a caring and friendly place. I have become more alive and more sensitive to the energy around me. I would recommend it for everyone to enjoy.

  In the four years I have been coming here I have found the staff to be very caring and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is always very supportive. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease six years ago and have found the classes have help me both physically and spiritually as well as helping me to keep my symptoms under control. I have recommended it to everyone I know.

  One can easily research the universal benefits of practicing Yoga, therefore, in this review, I will focus more so on the environment in which this practice of yoga is being conducted. At this location, and within this organization/business structure, you will find that all of the teachers teach with skillful and focused mindsets.
