  This foolish woman has absolutely no business of being in business, she is rude, self-centered and threatened to hit me when asked for my stuff (shirt, pants and jacket) that she lost or gave accidentally to someone else... In other words - don't take a chance to get your stuff cleaned at a place that doesn't even recognize your losses due to their inadequacy. When I told her I am not bringing my business back to her - she uttered: That's OK" in her thick accent -- as if she'd say: Go F*** Yourself -- Well you brain amputee -- let's see what your reputation will be after I'm done with you across the internet... STAY AWAY FROM THIS B****

  Had 2 dress shirts ripped on the sleeve on 2 ocassions for laundry service. No reimbursement, just a sorry.
