::I wanted to like this laundromat, because it is the closest one to me, but unfortunately i have been disappointed several times. The first time I dropped off laundry here, I received back several items from someone elses clothing, which I returned of course. Other times they did a fine job doing my laundry, but I also ran into some major problems doing my own laundry here. First of all, there isnt really such thing as hot water for laundry here.. yes... there is some hot water going into the machine, but soon another stream starts which is ice cold mixing right into the hot water, which makes warm at best. 2nd and 3rd rinses are all cold. After i have done one cycle myself with warm (which was supposed to be hot)... I REALLY needed hot water and I asked the attendant if they have a machine that actually has that.. she took all my stuff as if she knew what she was doing.. put it into another machine and restarted the cycle.. just for the water to be the warm mixture again.. this also meant i had to stay another hour or so (timers on the washing machines are inaccurate) and wait for a useless cycle to end which is the last thing i wanted to do. When i complained all I received was a terrible attitude, and was told that the water was hot.. I felt quite cheated. I went back to this laundromat a few more times. I tried to dry my clothes on low heat to avoid damage to some everday items... well it seems the low setting is the hottest one, because in just 45 minutes with a full load of drier some of my items which i never had issues with actually burned and got damaged. Very dissapointing. Wish this laundromat was good because it is the closest to me.

::DON'T GO THERE. Worst service ever. The basically lost my graduation dress. And when I got it back it was not even iron. I will never use their services again.

::The bathroom sink doesn't have water and the sink in the middle of the laundromat only has hot water in it.. Which is super hot, can't even use to wash hands. Please fix it.

::Excellent service! They definitely went above and beyond with my laundry! Pickup and drop-off went without a hitch. Everything was washed and folded neatly, smelled fresh, and they even grouped together my underwear, socks, bed sheets and pillow cases in separate plastic bags! What shocked me the most is that when I asked for them to hang dry my shirts, they not only complied but they provided extra hangers! I'll have to be more specific about that next time so they can keep their hangers. (Hang dry THEN fold) Awesome service!
