  Their manager has a "yes I own this business and I am very busy and I don't earn a lot you know the cost is very high to run a store so you'd better get plenty of money ready in your pocket to even consider to bother me" face. I asked them for an extra cup. He refused me, and told me that I had to pay for that. His way of saying that made me very upset. I used to get extra cups without request from other dunkin stores so I thought it was okay to ask for one. And it was my first time to actually ask for an extra cup. He made me feel that I was treated like someone who likes to take extra advantage. But I am not. I am going to spend my money and "pay for the cups" to other stores that makes me feel better.

  This store is always clean and has excellent service!! Kudos to the Assistant Manager who helps "Keep America Running"

  The free Wi-Fi is not working. I was not able to access the Dinkin guest Wi-Fi. The staff did not give back receipts after an order. So much for a free donut if you don't have a receipt.
