  The customer service sucks here they sit on the counters and talk to there friends they don't smile and greet anyone I give this location 0 stars if they let me

  This Dunkin Donuts I went to was very cold. I think the ventilation system was on and air was cold going out of the vents.

  No bathroom for customers - same goes for any other business in the area - it's like a conspiracy

  I lived in Malden for 12 years. I still have business there even today. Every Time I have visited this DD location I never had one problem with the staff or my order. Everything done right, fast, hot, and like I wanted it to be. Friendly and professional service from over a decade of patronage from me. I will always go there. No parking available.
