  Because of the HEAVY DOWN POUR (I could not see), I accidentally rode pass the speakers to place my order. Got up to the window and realized my mistake. Told the lady what happened. She refused to take my order and told me I would have to get back in line. All I could say was WOW. Such poor customer service.

  Not gonna go anymore at this location. Bad customer service. Dirty place, lady doesn’t want give to use the restroom for customer as well.

  If you stick with just a donut and said coffee it's fine, although they often run out of most kinds of donuts. The hot sandwiches are nasty.

  Stay away from this place if you have children with you!!!! This was shocking! Filthy music blasting over the PA system. I strongly recommend you find another Dunkin Donuts as there are others close by. This place shouldn’t be serving the public. Very sad and disgusting. I went there this morning with my 2 small preschool grandchildren to buy some gift cards and treat them to a sprinkled donut and chocolate milk. This place had disgusting music with f bombs blasting over the loudspeakers. I was amazed. Fortunately we were finishing up and did so quickly and left.

  Have had to place large orders each of the last 5 mornings, after my second order they asked if I would be back the next day and when I said yes they asked if I wanted to give them the info now so that I wouldn't have to wait for them to prepare everything the next day. I tried this with other locations and it always seemed to never reach the people who were working the next day, but I decided to give them a chance and I'm glad I did. They had everything ready to roll each or the last 3 days.
