  Food was burnt, drinks made improperly, and staff were more occupied with their phones than they were with listening to my order

  The worst dunkin donuts employees Ive encountered. Its like they hate their life. I am writing to report the most unfriendly DD staff Ive encountered in DD. I went to this DD (ADDRESS: 283 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02115) and upon entering I saw the meanest face I had ever seen in an employee (maybe I reminded her of a person she hates or something) but I simply looked at the other younger cashier (cream colored Hijab) which I wasnt able to get her name and I smiled. Right when I was going to ask her for a coffee, the other DD employee named ABEBE looked at me with a nasty face and said we dont have coffee and I simply accepted and was deciding on just getting a donut, when I was about to order a jelly donut (my appetite was going down the drain at that moment), I saw a guy ordering an expresso and I waited to see and saw they were preparing it. I said hey! didnt u tell me u didnt have any coffee???? She (younger cashier) answered dont u see the sign this is Dunkin Donuts thats what we sell. I got so furious I had to leave. I didnt make a scene I just left very furious.

  Slightly hidden Dunkin Donuts location, but definitely much faster than going to the Starbucks on campus, which is always crowded. It's usually not too busy, and service is fast. I don't think they have everything a full Dunkin Donuts would have, but it's still good for a campus coffeeshop.

  Service can be a little slow some days, but the servers are sweet and always get the order right.
