  A usual stop on my way to work. Right off the train and close to M60 SBS and Q19. The am crew is very polite. I love that DD switched to cardboard cups! We've also ordered a cake from the attatched Baskin Robbins and it was good!

  I came here to use the WiFi. Something I do in Dunkin donuts country wide. This had the absolute worst wifi in any public place I've ever been to. Wasted some 45 mins connecting and reconnecting and restarting. Then just walked to the Burger King nearby and got fast wifi. Otherwise great service.

  Ordered bagel and coffee, coffee was bad. Not sure if i was served an old brew since it was around 5:00 am. Coffee was bitter and tasted bad. They also have a Baskin In the same location.

  Moved to astoria about a month ago. Have been coming pretty regularly. Haven't had any issues. 1 time i asked them to adjust an order and they did. But i won't give 5 stars due to 1. Though they haven't been rude they aren't exactly welcoming either. The associates don't smile at you and seem like they don't want to be bothered. 2. One time i came in with a friend as she wanted ice cream. Guy comes over. We say we need a minute. He leaves and doesn't come back to check in as you should do when providing customer service. I have been doing retail for 12 years. So it's a big thing for me. After maybe 5-7 minutes we seem him nearby doing something. Then he starts walking away without again trying to see if we have made our decision. I had to stop him and tell him hey we are ready. So the only thing cheerful in there seems to be the bright dunkin donut colors. Truthfully i should give it a 3 but i have been to many places which messed up my food. So in the end of day if you aren't friendly fine but as long as you aren't rude and as long as you get my order correct.
